While I love the look of this bag, the durability and the magnetized snap closures - I should have read the reviews more carefully. It fits my Surface Pro 3 perfectly, and securely, and will also fit my wallet, sunglasses and phone, and perhaps a thin notebook - it won't fit everything else I try to cram in it. Like my lunch, or my travel mug. Since it's a more rigid design, you can't even shove it all in - like with a soft-sided tote - because it won't close to the and the flap won't go down. I am in grad school, and work in an office environment during the week, and really don't want to carry 2 bags to schlep all my crap about. Sadly, I went back to my Michael Kors bags, because they allow for the crammage I require. If you are only using it for a laptop and perhaps a notebook and thin textbook, you should be fine. It won't replace a handbag and laptop case though. But it is adorable!
