This pieced canvas bag is a cross between a tote, but more compact, a messenger bag, but without the flap, and an oversized purse. I love the top handle, to grab it out of the car. I love the zipper across the top for security. The colors are a mix of warm neutrals. I love the long adjustable strap, for cross-body or single shoulder. At about 14" x12", my stuff fits securely, but doesn't disappear into the bottom, and it shouldn't be too heavy when filled. My SP and I have been spending a lot of time in medical facilities recently, and this size bag will carry snacks, water, a coloring book or tablet, needed paperwork, and cellphone for the next round.

Updated review. After trying this bag out on several occasions, I have discovered a few slight limitations. The bottom is quite wide, about 5 1/2 " in relation to the overall shape of it, and because there is no firm reinforcement the bag tends to collapse in on itself, when carrying just a few items. I also found the "floating" inner pocket was taking up valuable space when I wanted to carry larger items, and have removed it. I will leave my rating at 5 stars, because there is still very much to like about this stylish and well made tote.

I am NOT happy with this purchase. I have been using this purse for about a year and a half. The siding of the straps are falling off. I'm posting pictures so you can see since this is not something can be fixed. I will end up having to throw it away soon. I spent $200 on a MK purse that cant even hold up? I definitely will not be purchasing any more MK bags ever.
